Returns & Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email topknotznq@gmail.com before sending items.

Lead Rope Clips

If a clip breaks or is faulty, you can return the lead to us (you cover shipping both ways).

We will cut off the clip and make an eye splice for free or install a new clip (you must purchase the new clip if over 30 days old).

Proof of purchase from Top Knotz NQ is required.

Gift Returns

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.

If not marked as a gift, refunds will go to the original buyer.
